Minzhi Subdistrict in Longhua District has recently been named one of Shenzhen’s Top 10 Exemplary Subdistrict-Level Cases for Improving the Business Environment at an event hosted by Shenzhen Economic Daily.
The subdistrict has emerged as a model of high-quality regional development by taking proactive measures to empower local industries through stronger market mechanisms, improved capital support, and enhanced talent services.
It has established a one-stop service network covering 14 communities, 14 commercial hubs, and eight industrial parks, providing round-the-clock services to more than 14,000 registered business entities.
Zhang Zhihua, executive director of Longhua-based technology firm Noontec Ltd., said the company successfully obtained national-level “Little Giant” SME status with guidance from the Minzhi Subdistrict Office.
